The purpose of an Incident Prevention Program or Safety Program is to assist clients in planning, developing and implementing the fundamentals to successfully achieve an effective Safety Management System and to maintain an Advanced Safety Culture with an organization.  Horizon Safety Group understands that each client company is unique and they all operate in different ways, but the successful ones have one thing in common: They understand the importance of a Safety Management System and they understand how it directly effects organizational cultures.
